Luxury watch company, Ethos has implemented Unicommerce’s Uniware suite to enhance customer experience by optimising order management and streamlining delivery for its expanding online shopper base.Founded in 2003, Ethos operates over 70 watch boutiques across 23 Indian cities and is an authorised retailer of over 70 luxury brands, including Rolex, Tissot, Breitling, Bvlgari, Maserati, Corum, Hublot, Rado, Tag Heuer and Armin Strom. In addition to its brick-and-mortar presence, Ethos sells through its website and various online marketplaces.By integrating Unicommerce’s multi-channel order and warehouse management systems, Ethos is automating processes that were previously manual, improving efficiency across its brand website and third-party platforms. Managing orders through Unicommerce’s unified dashboard allows Ethos to optimise order processing, facilitate seamless checkouts for high-value purchases, and enhance after-sales service. Automated shipping allocation further improves customer experience by providing real-time tracking updates from dispatch to delivery.
