garage inc ROCKS!

Garage Inc is an outstanding tribute to the legends of heavy metal. This 2cd set features covers of bands such as "Diamond Head", "Blue Oyster Cult" and "Motorhead". all of the tracks have been given an overhaul and have been made made bigger and better (sound wise). my favorite tracks include "turn the page", "astronomy", "helpless", "the wait" and "sabbra cadabra".

Garage Inc...

Well, I must say, I love this album. Metallica has always been a great band, but they get even better in this album. Most of the songs (which are all covers) have been retooled slightly to be more exciting/heavy. You can hear this in Turn the Page which was originaly recorded by Bob Seger, after the first verse or two, it picks up and gets very heavy, where in the original, it stays quiet. Anyway, if you like Metallica, or old 70's punk and rock, this is a great album.
