It's MetallicA
Its very sad but you look in magazines saying that Motley Crue or Slayer has the best metal CD ever but they always underlook this one. Truly its brutal and honest and takes no prisoners. The album truly has no flaws except for the fact that because of the crappy production the bass guitar of Jason Newstead is no where to be heard. But the album drags you in with the creepy beginning to Blackened but then slays your senses in the most brutal fashion by shoving an onslaught of speed metal. But the albums glory no doubt belongs to To Live Is Too Die. If you understand the big story of Cliff Burtons death then this song brings tears to your eyes. Metallica show they have hearts but writing the most beautiful peace of music in the past century. Not to down tracks like Shortest Straw and Harvestor Of Sorrows kill you over and over again with hallacious lyrics and brutal licks. One is one of Metallicas masterpieces. It is simply amazing from every aspect. It has a brutal end and is killer start to finish. And to justiy the albums superioty the last track Dyers Eve is Metallicas fastest and hardest song to date. It is rumored that it is so hard that the band cant even play it! Kirk does his best solo ever and Jaymz does wonderful double tracking on the song. The rest of the albums tracks are mostly overlooked but are truly masterpieces in their own right. The album truly has no flaws at all from start to finish. I still dont understand how Hetfeild was able to double track with such persistions.
For sure And Justice For All is Metallicas best work. Forget the Black Album or Master Of Puppets, And Justice For All is the greatest work of metal the world will ever know.
