If your credit card payment is not going through, first check your card details carefully. Make sure the Card Verification Code (CVC) is correct – on Visa and Mastercard, this is the last 3 numbers as they appear on the signature panel on the back of the card. For Diners Club this is the 3 or 4 digit number that appears on the front of the card.
If all your details are correct, the likely explanation is that one of the banks involved is temporarily offline. Other reasons may include that there are insufficient funds available on your card, so checking your account balance may provide the answers too.
After three unsuccessful attempts to make payment that we will have a record of your unpaid order in our system. In this situation we will process your payment as soon as the banking system is restored, or we will be in touch as the situation demands.
HELPFUL HINT: You will know your order was successful when a confirmation screen appears with your dStore order number. A TAX INVOICE will also be sent to your email address. |
