What is dStore credit?
dStore credit is any amount that appears on your account as a $ value. Credit on your account can be in one of two types:
Non-poolable Credit
In most cases these credits cannot be combined for use towards a single purchase:
- dStore special offers (eg: free $10 voucher)
- dStore free shipping credit
- promotional dStore vouchers issued through affiliated companies
(eg: Pure Profile, Lightspeed etc)
This credit is non-refundable and can only be used within dStore.
Poolable Credit
These credits can be combined for use towards a single purchase:
- dStore Gift Vouchers
- credit for returned goods (excluding promotional voucher amounts)
- credit for cancelled orders (excluding promotional voucher amounts)
This credit is non-refundable unless given following the authorised return of a faulty or damaged item, or if the product cannot be supplied. In these cases credit can be refunded via the original method of payment (credit card or BPAY only).
How do I check my credit balance?
All available credit will be clearly displayed in Your Account along with conditions of use (if applicable).
How do I spend it?
When you have finished adding items to Your Trolley, then select the credit(s) to be used towards payment from the table at the bottom of the page. When you select a credit, the page will automatically refresh and show you the new amount left to pay.
As mentioned, some credits cannot be used with any other offer, and this will be specified next to the amount if applicable. dStore credit of any kind cannot be used towards the purchase of a dStore Gift Voucher.
