Product Description
One year has passed since Jak and Daxter saved Haven City from Kor and the attacking Metal Heads, yet Haven City is still immersed in deadly chaos as three groups fight for control of the streets. The people of Haven City have grown to distrust Jak's dark powers, and as rumors boil of Jak's ties with Krew and Kor, the city blames Jak for its current woeful circumstances. When the palace is destroyed by a surprise Metal Head attack, even Ashelin cannot protect Jak as the High Council's power broker, Count Veger, forces Jak into banishment for life to the desolate Wasteland. Upon Jak being flown to the harsh island and dropped off to fend for himself, he discovers that Daxter and Pecker have discreetly followed him to his proclaimed lifetime of hell. With Daxter and Pecker bravely by his side, the three begin their next adventure as they wander the Wasteland and along the way encounter perilous situations, violent battles and devastating consequences.

GTA Meets Mad Max...And The Result Kicks Ass.
I bought this game quite a while ago, and when browsing the dStore site, came across it, prompting me to go back and play it again. I really enjoyed it, just like when i first bought it. The graphics are absolutely STUNNING, the storyline is beautifully told and the gameplay produces a splendid mix of Platformer, Action, Adventure, Combat Racer, Third Person Shooter, FPS and Arena Deathmatcher. Veteran Jak fans will love the little nudges and references to earlier Jak games, but the storyline is also good for newer aficionados to J&D, slowly explaining the backstory through flashbacks. The amazing array of weapons, 12 in all, will provide sweet gunning down of the enemies of Haven City, including Shotguns, Lightning Arcs, Grenade Launchers and Needle Guns! The hand-to-hand combat has also greatly improved from the last game, and allows you to pull off a plethora of moves. Kicks, jabs, punches, roundhouses, you can do it all, and it'll hurt. The powers you can recieve from the Dark Jak and new Light Jak abilities allow you to fly, turn invisible, and a whole bunch of other powers that will let you relive a thursday night of 'Heroes'. There's also some really sweet vehicles. Off-road sand buggies, hovercars, jetboards and lizards are all in the two cities of the game world for your joyriding pleasure. However, this game does suffer from some minor camera issues and lack of multiplayer, and so I give it 4 stars out of five.

So cool!
Jak 3 is a really challenging game but everyone can have a go. The levels get harder and harder until its a real challenge to finish the game. Getting to the end is really exciting. I especially liked the range of weapons and the excellent graphics. I recommend it to anyone wanting an exciting adventure on screen!
