Never thought it was possible

To be honest, I never really thought it was possible to pull off such a faithful recreation of the GTA universe on the PSP. When I first fired up this baby I was very pleasantly surprised with how great it looks and how smoothly it runs. With the exception of a some minor polygon detail downgrades and a few lower quality textures this game looks and runs as well as any GTA game on the playstation 2 and I say that with no exageration what-so-ever. RockStar has come up with an all new story and an all new set of characters in the setting of Liberty city (the location of Grand Theft Auto 3) and have put together possible one of the best PSP games around. Ultra impressive stuff here and a must for any GTA fan.

Urm...

Maybe some people should wait until a game comes OUT before they write a review of it. Or am I being generous by assuming that someone who'd do such a thing has the required intelligence to understand what I'm saying?

Wait until the game comes out before you start saying this is the "best game in the world." For all you know, it could be crap. Unlikely, perhaps, but possible. These PS2 quality graphics could well look like a PS1 game when you actually get it in your hands. You can't judge a game by screenshots and a trailer (ESPECIALLY one released for a Sony system - need I bring up the PS3 Killzone "demo?"), so perhaps wait until you've played the game before you go spouting off about how good something that doesn't even exist is.

(P.S. My rating of 1 isn't what I expect the game to be, but it might go some way to balancing the high scores from people who should know better.)

best GAME ever

ive seen all of the previews, read all the forums, viewed all the screenshots and i can tell you now that when this game gets released it will almost be the most sold game ever.

This game is coming out for the youngster of gaming(the PSP) but it is still better than the GTA's on the PS2, this game will sell 100,000 more PSP's just so people who cant play it will buy a PSP so they can experiance the best game in the world.
