Don't look now, but there's something very fishy about this aquarium. For starters, why is it called a virtual aquarium?

After all, it looks just like an aquarium, has water just like an aquarium, has sand and coral like an aquarium – and yes it's got fish like an aquarium! So what's virtual about it? Are you telling me the fish aren't real?! No way! Really?! Get out of town! Who'da thought?!

The Mini Virtual Aquarium features two life-like tropical fish, who will keep you entertained (or pleasantly distracted) with their aquatic antics. A small motor in the aquarium generates a current in the water, allowing the virtual fish to gently swim about the tank.

Nemo and Dory, or whatever you want to call your two new finned friends are your passport to peace and tranquillity. You just fill the Virtual Aquarium with water and release them into the deep (well, it's 3.5 inches deep anyway). Insert the batteries (4 x AA, not included) and watch as the current gets them swimming.

The Virtual Aquarium will help lull you into a state of serenity. A neat little desktop distraction – you can gaze at its colours and soft movement to release those mental blocks, or take a sanity break (it's less obvious then staring out the window!). Quite hypnotic really!

It's even better at night – the built-in high-intensity blue LED gives off its calming glow, which makes it great for use as a nightlight (for kids or otherwise) and a great way to help you drift off to sleep.

And it's portable – so wherever you are, it can be! (Although it may look a little odd on the train.)
