The Folding Colander has taken a fresh look at the functionality of this kitchen essential and delivered a rather sexy (if you can call a kitchen utensil that) solution.
The Folding Colander is one flat piece of food-grade polypropylene that takes up no space at all in the cupboard – but when it's time to strain the potatoes, its 12 live hinges go to work transforming into the holey vessel of clean vegetables!

The Folding Colander is about 425 x 330 x 50 mm in size when flat and 270 x 220 x 140 mm when folded.
It features polypropylene living hinges to allow the board to be folded and is also dishwasher safe.
