Views - For the class, we have exclusive access to one of the Hunter Valley's best kept secrets ? Mount Broke Wines. Enjoy the great vistas of vines and the ever-present Brokenback Mountain range on the horizon.
Wine - Be ready to savour one of the Estate's many award-winning wines. Recently awarded 4.5 stars by James Halliday, we know you'll find something in the range to enjoy. There's the 2006 River Bank Shiraz, just voted the best Shiraz in NSW, or perhaps you'd prefer something cold.
Cooking - You'll be preparing fresh tagliatelle and agnollotti right from scratch, using the finest semolina flour and fresh Hunter Valley eggs.
Eating - While you're cleaning the dough off your hands, we'll cook your fresh pasta along with some simple sauces, and you'll finish the afternoon feasting on the pasta YOU have created.
