Must watch movie

A must watch movie for the romantic at heart. Have watched this movie about 12 times now, and will continue to keep watching it. Supperb acting from Hugh Grant and Julie Roberts. All support staff excellent also.

Excellent and enjoyable

This movie would have to be one of my most favourite movies of all time. It is one movie that I can watch over and over again and never tire of. The lead actors, Julia Roberts and Hugh Grant were very good, but the support actors, I thought were outstanding. All the aspects that contribute to making a movie were done very well, bringing together a well made and thoroughly enjoyable movie that is heart-warming.

Enjoyable, though not the best

I am a big fan of Julia Roberts, but unfortunately, Julia does not shine her best in this performance, although the rest of the cast, especially and surprisingly, Hugh Grant, are delightful and usually manage to hit the right spot for a good laugh. This light-hearted romantic comedy is one that I am sure fans of this genre will love, but I felt the story was slow at times, too many long pauses. The plot itself, though not exactly original, is still enjoyable and fun, good for a movie-marathon vid-fest, or in this case, a DVD-fest.
